Less volume, more relevance
Instead of receiving dozens of unqualified CVs, you mainly see talents that are aligned with your criteria. The AI helps filter, but you always keep the final say on which profiles you select.
JobMe is a recruitment application created in Ivory Coast, for companies, IT services firms, startups, SMEs, large organisations and public institutions in Abidjan, Bouaké, Yamoussoukro, San-Pédro and other major cities in the country. You publish your jobs, receive pre-qualified candidates, manage your pipeline and analyse your campaigns in an environment built for the Ivorian job market.
JobMe Recruiters is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed from Ivory Coast, starting from what happens on the ground: lack of time, difficulty qualifying applications, and a need for visibility on what really works in your job ads.
Instead of receiving dozens of unqualified CVs, you mainly see talents that are aligned with your criteria. The AI helps filter, but you always keep the final say on which profiles you select.
JobMe is based on the practices and constraints of the Ivorian market: roles in Abidjan and major cities, diverse sectors, on-site roles, partial remote work, realistic salary ranges, and more.
The platform helps automate what can be automated (sorting, scoring, pipeline tracking) so your team can focus on what truly counts: meeting talents, assessing cultural fit and making informed hiring decisions.
You can see JobMe as a three-step journey: set up your company space, publish & match, then pilot your hiring.
You create a dedicated space for your organisation: description, industry, location, size, values, employer brand. You can invite other recruiters or managers to join with different roles (HR admin, recruiter, viewer).
This space becomes your recruitment hub in Ivory Coast: all your offers, candidates, talent pools and stats are centralised there.
You create a job by entering the role, location, contract type, salary range, required skills, perks, languages, start date and context.
The AI can help you generate or rewrite the job description from a simple title or an existing document. Once published, JobMe starts suggesting matches to talents and prioritising applications for you.
Each job has a visual pipeline: new candidates, our selection for you, to review, shortlist, interview, hired, rejected. You can annotate, favourite, and move candidates from one stage to another.
Simple stats help you track the performance of each job post and understand what attracts (or doesn’t attract) talents on the Ivorian market.
Here’s what the recruiter side of the JobMe platform offers. You can start simple and gradually activate more advanced options.
Title, location, contract type, salary range, experience level, working mode, required and nice-to-have skills, benefits, number of openings… Your offers are clear for talents and easy to compare for your team.
From a title or a document, the AI suggests a structured version of your job ad that you can adjust before publishing. Ideal to save time while keeping coherent messaging across all your roles.
Each application gets a score (A, B, C, D) based on your criteria. You see the most promising profiles first, while still being able to check all candidates if you wish.
Some offers can be boosted (24h, 48h, 7 days) to appear more often in search results and in candidates’ matching feed. Useful for urgent or hard-to-fill roles.
Visual pipeline, quick actions (shortlist, interview, reject, favourite), built-in messaging to talk with talents, action history (who did what, when). Everything is centralised for your team.
Views, positive swipes, applications, activity peaks, comparison with similar offers. These insights help you refine your job ads and recruitment practices in Ivory Coast.
